Bonusan Bacteri 17 Expert Resilience sets a new and unprecedentedly high standard. This expert supplement contains up to 17 different strains of bacteria. This makes it the most advanced bacterial product with the most uses.
Bacteria aremicro-organisms.These tiny, single-celled organisms live all around us, even on and in our bodies. About 100,000 billion (1014) micro-organisms with a total weight of 1-3 kg live in the intestinal tract. The collection of bacteria in the gut is also called the intestinal flora or microbiome. The microbiome consists of about as many bacteria as the total number of cells in the human body.
What do bacteria do? Bacteria were on the earth much earlier than people; they have populated the world for 3.5 billion years. Without them, life would not be possible on our planet. So they are very important inhabitants. One of the main characteristics of bacteria is that, with the help of evolution, they can adapt to almost any environment, including the conditions in our bodies. Bacteria live on skin, in the mouth, the nose, the urinary tract, and on the genitals. Most of them are located in the intestines.
Why are bacteria useful? Bacteria do not always have a good reputation because they can cause many nasty diseases. Bacteria that make you sick are called pathogenic bacteria. But by no means all bacteria are pathogenic; there are also bacteria that are essential to our bodies. Our body's barrier sites, such as the intestine, are home to all kinds of different bacteria. It is about keeping a good balance between the different strains of bacteria.
The benefits of Bonusan Bacteri 17 Expert Resilience
The general rule for a bacterial supplement is: the more different strains, the better. Bonusan Bacteri 17 Expert Resilience offers an unequalled quantity and variety of bacterial strains, with no fewer than 17 strains. These strains all occur naturally within the human microbiome.
Whats does Bonusan Bacteri 17 Expert Resilience contain? In certain situations, a bacterial supplement with a broad spectrum of strains may be useful. The Bacteri 17 Expert Resilience contains 7 types of lactobacilli (lactic acid bacteria) and 5 types of bifidobacteria, as well as lactococci, pediococci, streptococci and enterococci. All strains have been extensively scientifically researched. Bacteri 17 Expert Resilience also contains 8 billion bacteria guaranteed until the end of the shelf life.
No unnecessary additives, other vitamins, or minerals are added to Bonusan Bacteri products. This ensures that the bacteria are viable longer and that the rehydration capacity of the bacterial strains can be monitored. The bacteria are produced and dried under controlled conditions. Dehydration ensures that the bacteria remain viable for a longer period of time if stored at room temperature, in a dry environment, and protected (capsules or sachets). Bacterial products need a carrier medium in order to be preserved. We use maltodextrin, fructo-oliogosaccharides (FOS), and inulin as carriers for Bacteri 17 Expert Resilience. FOS and inulin are fermentable dietary fibres.
Bonusan Bacteri 17 Expert Resilience is packed by the dose in handy sachets. Why are sachets used? Sachets offer the best protection for bacteria. Thanks to the film envelope, the bacteria are optimally protected against moisture, air, light, and other environmental influences.
How do I use this supplement?
Dissolve the contents of the sachet in a glass of lukewarm water no warmer than 37°C, or body temperature. Higher temperatures have a negative impact on the viability of bacteria. Dissolving the powder in water gives the bacteria a chance to break free from their germinal stage and become active. This makes them more resistant to stomach acid and bile, which means more bacteria will survive this difficult passage. The supplement can be drunk right away.
It is recommended that you drink it while standing. When we stand, the muscles of the stomach are in such a position that gastric passage is quickest. Furthermore, the greatest effect is experienced when the Bacteri supplement is taken on an empty stomach before going to bed. Another good time to take it is half an hour before breakfast or in combination with a high-carbohydrate, low-fat meal.
High-quality intestinal bacteria
In the development of the Bacteri range, we made sure to approximate the natural composition of the microbiome as closely as possible. The range is made up of different supplements that can be used as needed. Bacteri 17 Expert Resilience offers the greatest diversity and quantity of strains.
All strains in the broad spectrum product are on the QPS (Qualified Presumption of Safety) list, which means they have been found to be safe in many scientific studies and approved for use in food by the EFSA (European Food Safety Authority). The strain numbers of all added strains are listed.
The quantity of bacteria present in a supplement is expressed by the abbreviation CFU, which stands for: colony-forming units. The amount of CFU is indicated in hundreds of millions to billions and is often expressed as: 1 billion CFU or 1x109 CFU. The CFU indicated on Bonusan Bacteri products can be guaranteed from production until the expiry date.
