Frequently asked questions about delivery
That depends on your order and shipping country. If you place your order before 16:00 hours on business days and the product is in stock, the order will be shipped the same day.
In the Netherlands and Belgium the order is usually delivered the next business day. Deliveries abroad usually take between 2 and 8 business days depending on the country. For Switzerland, we only ship twice a week: Tuesday and Friday.
When one of the products is out of stock we’ll put your delivery on hold until all your products can be shipped at the same time. You can also opt for an alternative delivery address or pick up point. Pick-up point shipping is not available for all countries. For the details of the options available to you, please check with our customer service team.
Bonusan works with multiple distribution partners to offer a complete range of delivery options. Based on your country of residence we choose the best distributor and where possible we also take your personal preference into account. Please check with our customer service for the options available for you.
When your parcel or your product was damaged during transport or is otherwise not satisfactory, we ask you to contact our customer service.

Orders of € 100.00 and less will be charged with an order fee of € 5.00 (excl VAT). For orders of more than € 100.00 shipping costs do not apply.
Yes. You can create a alternative delivery address in your personal environment. You can choose the shipping adress when you check out your shopping cart. You can also create a new delivery address during the order process. Please note that depending on the shipping destination additional shipping fees and / or taxes apply.

At the time your parcel was sent, you should have received an email with a track & trace link. Through this link you can track your parcel, see where it is and when it will be delivered.
