Frequently asked questions about orders and payments
If your country of residence is either the Netherlands or Belgium, you cannot order directly from us, you are only able to place an order through a therapist or healthcare professional. A ‘shipping service’ is available to therapists, which is a service that allows you to place an order through your therapist, but then to pay directly.
If you live in Spain or Austria, we kindly ask you to place your order with our exclusive partners in those countries:
If your country of residence is not one of the countries mentioned above, you can order directly from us. We ship to all countries within continental Europe through GLS (parcel delivery service provider).
Please note: taxes and/or shipping fees may apply. Also, the assortment that is displayed is determined by the selected language. If you cannot find the product you are looking for, please switch to Dutch or German to access a more extensive portfolio. Please keep in mind that the products will be labelled in the language you selected.
When you pay on account (not all of our customers are able to do so), a payment period of 14 days applies. An invoice will be sent to you separately from your order. This is generally by email on the same day on which your order is dispatched.
You can pay in different ways for the dietary supplements you have ordered. You can pay directly online i.e. using iDeal, PayPal or with your credit card (MasterCard and Visa) and other methods depending on your country. If you have arranged to pay on account, you will receive an invoice which is payable within 14 days.
The prices are given on the Dietary Supplements page. When you have logged in, you will see the prices that apply specifically to you. If no special prices have been agreed with you, you will see the Recommended Retail Price (RRP).
On the product page, you will find a clickable button ‘Add to order list’. You can create a list of favourite products that you order frequently, products that you like to group together or multiple order lists – for example, a list of ‘vitamins’ or ‘PNI products’ or ‘basic product range’. Once you have composed your lists, go to ‘My Account’ to view your order lists and place the products in your shopping cart. This enables fast ordering of products you order often.
