Frequently asked questions about returns

When your parcel or your product was damaged during transport or is otherwise not satisfactory, we ask you to contact our customer service.

We will do our best to find a suitable solution for you.

Placed orders cannot be cancelled. Immediately after placing your order, it will be processed automatically. All in the effort to get the product to you ASAP: In most cases, your parcel will be ready within 20 minutes to be picked up by our parcel delivery service. 

In case the order cannot be processed automatically (out of stock, or other reasons), a customer service agent will contact you. You will be offered to choose how to proceed, which can also entail cancelling part of or the whole order.
