Krill oil 500 mg contains a high dose of omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA. What makes it unique are the phospholipids, which are absorbed by the body more readily and rapidly than regular fish oil.
Krill oil is harvested sustainably from small shrimp-like crustaceans. The EPA and DHA in krill oil are good for the heart, blood pressure and help maintain normal lipid levels in the blood. In addition, DHA is good for the brain and helps to maintain normal visual acuity.
